For example, a family of three has a completely different need than a family of six. A couple who has just been married also has a very different need than a couple who just became empty-nesters. For example, the young couple is planning on expansion and probably needs to plan appropriately. While the empty-nesters don’t plan on adding more people living in the home, they do often Have their family, including children and grandchildren over for special occasions as they often become the host of such events.
